The zombie level in MadWorld and the boss on that level. Apparently, it will register my ^ reaction commands but not my --> reaction commands. And...that kills me.

The boost guardian in Metroid Prime 2 was a major pain in the butt!
I've played a few shooters this year and got used to the constant checkpoints so it wasn't so bad when I died. I decided to play the first Killzone before trying the sequel and it was pretty frustrating. I would die only to find myself at the beginning of the entire level. I would've enjoyed it a lot more had they included more checkpoints.
In bomberman generation, the Bigbu Cavity Boss. I had no idea how to beat it, and that was before I knew youtube existed. I found all the MP2 bosses to be quite easy. I beat them all in under 7 minutes, including the final boss. In MP1 in the area right before the final boss, I hate it because of all the infinite metroids that change color.
Prime 2 Boost Guardian was horrible. Didn't have much of a problem with the other bosses though.
Oh, wait. Mogener in Metroid Prime 3 in Hypermode difficulty. That ended me so many times before I learnt how to seriously abuse Hyper Mode. Seriously, once it goes Corrupted Hypermode you've got a full 30 seconds of unlimited Hyper shots for no additional health cost (aside the initial full tank) provided you don't drain the meter. Plus the usual invincibility effects of Hyper Mode. Better, once corrupted, damage actively boosts that meter giving you MOAR BULLETS. Stuff dies pretty quickly. Anyway, he's also a little bugged. If the battle goes on too long (I think that's the trigger, anyway) he just tops operating altogether. Just stands in the middle doing nothing, with all the panels closed. Your only option then is to kill yourself (by repeatedly running into him) or just reset. This happened once when I got him down to his last orb asdgfhjkugyfhtdgsf damn it Mogener.
Like over half of Scribblenauts (I've only played to a little bit over half). The final boss of NSMB Wii was frustrating in that it was boring. And The Great Maze (The Subspace Emissary, SSBB) wasn't worth the effort. Corona Mountain from SMS was fun...when I was a little kid. To die attempting to maneuver that darned boat 50 times just to find Bowser in the tub...WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?! Funnily enough, the above are some of my favorite games ever.
1. Trying to navigate any map on Any Metroid Prime Game. 2. Harder Difficulties on Contra 4 are just annoying as they are barely playable they are so freakishy difficult. Im good at Contra games and the advanced AI patterns coupled with the amounts of enemies on two screens makes it just too difficult. Frustrated the crap out of me, but man I love the challenge stages. 3. Games starting with "Please dont turn off or reset the system when saving"....... WE FLIPPIN KNOW....... WE KNOW ALREADY!!!! I know #3 isn't a level but its still the start of a LOT of games and its frustrating as crap
Why does everyone think the metroid prime games are hard? I always found them a little easy, even on hard mode. Except for that one level before the final boss on MP1.
ill tell you what... DYING ON THE 16TH NOISE ENEMY IN A 16 CHAIN BATTLE THEN HAVING TO REDO IT ALL AGAIN (twewy)
in Okami, climbing up that giant tower is a real pain the final boss in Paper Mario 2 is annoying because you have to watch a 10 minute cutscene everytime you face her 2 player mode New Super Mario Bros Wii

The Boost Guardian in Metroid Prime 2 was frustrating, but if you REALLY want to talk frustrating, try some of the later levels on Trauma Center: New Blood alone! Heck, it was hard on EASY mode!

Good point. In fact, I think it might be IMPOSSIBLE to beat the skin graft levels in New Blood unless you have a buddy helping. Least, it was for me.

Conditions: 3 hearts, no items in bottles, Broken Giant's Knife, and no Lens of Truth.
2-hit KOs are annoying, as is how long it takes to get to Bongo Bongo. Bongo Bongo also has lots of health normally, with the Giant's Knife it effectively has twice as much. Once I get past that I dunno how Ganon Land will go in my Minimalist Broken Giant Knife Challenge, since there's that escape the tower part, with the time limit. Stalfos take a while to kill D: (They also kill Link well)
The Temple of Time in Twilight Princess. Right at the start of it you needed to use the spinner to cross a broken part of the staircase..... I spent a good day or so not knowing this and ended up resorting to a walkthrough.
Another frustrating level was Sky High Caper in Donkey Kong Land. I don't think I ever finished it "properly" I just stumbled across the secret exit at the start (which is kinda cheating except that this was when I was ~10 and before I could give up and find the answers on the internets). I think I can almost say the same for Bramble Blast in Donkey Kong Country 2.... why do the hard levels always have awesome music?
oh, and in Metriod Prime Corruption. There is a bit fairly early on where you need to find a weak section of the wall, morph and drop a bomb so you can reveal the hole in the wall. I walked right past it multiple times and spent an hour or so trying to work it out. Something made even worse because I tend to suffer from Motion Sickness with first person games.... and in cars if I don't look out the front window... and in boats... etc, etc. I was quite litterally frustrated to the point that I started to feel physically sick. The musics didn't help either.
