I bought a KVM switch last year to hook up my work pc and nintendo and looks like nintendo was not working well with the kit. When I switched back from the pc to the game console, my gamepad stopped working and the nintendo stuck and I had to restart it. And this problem kept repeating. I didn't really look into it and just put nintendo back in the living room and game there.
I am still not sure if was it the problem with the kvm or it was about the game console settings or something. I am curious if anyone has met this issue. I started to game on PS5 months ago and wanted to try an hdmi 2.1 kvm. Checking on this kit (https://www.avaccess.com/products/8ksw21-kvm/). What specs shall I check on to avoid this kind of issue?
What do you think of 8k kvm.. any product suggestion?
