Favorite: The sound whenever Mega Man enters a stage. So memorable to me. Least Favorite: Mario's swimming in SM64. You hear it far too much and all it brings back is memories of Badly-controlling Water Levels...
Favorite: Samus exiting her ship, or loading the game at a save point. You know what I mean. That really epic entrance music. Least favorite: Kirby saying "Falcon Punch!"
Favorite: The duck like sounds that Bald Bull makes when you lose to him in the original Punch-Out. Cracks me up every time I think about it.
Least Favorite: Nothing has annoyed me more than in Zelda games, the annoying beeping that goes on when you are close to death. Sometimes if a heart isnt nearby, I am tempted to just kill Link off myself.

Favorite: The theme that plays whenever you pick up a power-up/expansion in the Metroid games (except Other M). Least Favorite: Any of the continuous, nagging beeping noises that play when your health is almost completely depleted.

Favorite: The sound of gunfire that has been captured well.
Least favorite: Any game that beeps or chirps constantly when you're almost dead. Although not the only ones that do it, the Zelda games are the most infamous for it.
