I rather like the Land Shark gun from Armed and Dangerous. The super gravity gun was boss though.
Loved those sections of Half Life 2.

No love for the Gravity Gun yet?!

For me: Gravity Gun (HL2), Hookshot (various Zelda), Plasma Rifle (Fallout 3 / NV). Also an honorable mention for the Jewel Satellite in MM9. More a shield than a weapon, but in most areas in that game it's instant invincibility!
