Topic: bad things happening to anyone else?

I am getting clumsier, and....that's...about it. I've nothing else to complain about. Weird.

I just tried to register for a GameFAQs account with my nintendolife WiiAboutU screenname, but someone has stolen it already. Wow, the internet these days. lol

EA is shutting down online support for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 on August 11, 2011--so yeah bad things are happening! Let this be a lesson for anyone buying games that require an internet connection or online activation to play, if a company doesn't want to keep supporting a game you're just SOL.

Let's see... It's been 100 degrees here every day for a month or more, I can't find work (or even get interviewed hardly), I'm going back to college having forgotten more than I ever learned, all I do lately is stay at home and worry, there's few games coming out I want (and there's not the money to get much even if there were), every team I root for in sports loses or underachieves BADLY (looking at YOU Colorado Rockies... YOU SUCK!!!). Worst Bleeping Summer EVER!!!

It's getting to be a pain counting all of the money I have. I count a couple thousand rupees out and bam 5000 more reeled in. All of my catmaids wear me out and theres to much fine food to even begin to decide what to eat. I'm just too skilled at life I guess.

Oh yeah, how could I forget most every game I want gets cancelled, or never makes it out of Japan (or Europe). Japan has the women's World Cup, couldn't they give us the "Big 3" we want here in North America as a consolation prize???

I got the old beans and weenie caught in my zipper. Now I can't wear underwear because the friction will open the wound.

@Tasuki I'll still be able to enjoy Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 offline, but it's spooky how easy it is to lose online support for a game. I'd guess EA is pulling it's Tour 10 support because they're upset about PGA Tour 12 not selling on the Wii.

"Bad" is pretty relative I see. Last year my wife had surgery. Nothing life threatening but surgery is surgery. She came home on a Friday and was pretty out-of-it due to the medication. Her mom called to check up on her on Saturday and I chatted with her for a few minutes as my wife was still pretty unconscious. She sounded perfectly fine/healthy. We got another call on Thursday iirc: her mom was dead. In 5 days she went from "perfectly fine/healthy" to dead. A week later my wife's grandmother died.

THAT is bad.

Well, there is "bad" and then there is "tragedy" @Magi.

I've gotten really sick since I came back from Pitchfork Music Festival last weekend. It's not pneumonia, at least. Also, my Activity Log reset last night on my 3DS, which irritated me. I guess if those are the worst things to occur to me (esp. compared to some other people on this board), I'm doing all right.

Well this morning at 4 am I woke up with really bad stomach cramps and I mean bad. After spending 8 hours in the ER I come to find out a have gallstones and I need to stay away from greasy, oily, fatty foods or suffer with really bad stomach cramps from now on. Looks like I am going to have to do some research and start a new diet.

I am doing good right now though cramps arent so bad now but they are there.

I got a cold. I hate being sick.

I haven't seen my mother in six years. She got married to a control freak and moved to missisippi. It's one of those support deals where she only married the guy for a place to stay. He's abusive and treats her like crap.
I still talk to her on the phone but I doubt I'll ever see her again.

My parents basically disowned me. i still live at home but i have to buy my own food, i dont partake in holidays or events, i cant get a car ride with them even if we go to the same place, and im only 16. also, they wont let me get a job besides lawn mowing (which i had to buy my own mower and gas) or babysitting (which i cant do at my house and doesnt always pay well). So ya my life kinda sucks right now,

on the bright side a Kwik Trip (similar to 7/11 but often cheaper) just opened up so they have some cheap stuff for me to buy. ya, thats kinda the highlight of my year.

It's funny. It seems that EVERYONE I talk to is going through something. I don't know what it is. Maybe the universe is out of whack, but SOMETHING funny is going on that we cannot seem to explain....
