Hey, everyone! Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. I've been incredibly busy with college work, and I just recently got a break from it.
Anyways, there is this place at the Dublin mall called Take-Five. It's the only arcade center available in my hometown. It is kind of popular, since I sometimes see a lot of people inside the place. Here is a list of most of the arcade units available:
Marvel vs. Capcom 2 House of the Dead 1 House of the Dead 4 Dance Dance Revolution Extreme Crazy Taxi 1 Golden Axe: Revenge of Death Adder Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Tekken Tag Tournament
Monster Hunter 3 Online Name: THE MAN; Code: RBCJDT
Had an arcade until about the middle of the N64 era. It used to be insanely popular but died off. I would spend the majority of my money on Shinobi. It was pretty good sized for the area and was in the local mall. Since then nearly all the businesses in my town have died away. I kind of miss the good old days where there were stores of interest where I live. Now everything of interest is a 70 mile drive.
Yeah, we got one at the mall, though they have a tendency to replace all the games I enjoy
Currently, the games of interest are Cruis'n World, House of the Dead 2, some DDR game and Time Crisis 2. There's a couple other racers and light gun games as well.
They used to have Star Wars Trilogy, even. That game was awesome.
There is a "family fun center" type place nearby that has a decent selection of classics and pinball along with the popular modern rhythm, racing, and shooting games. I work close by and it's cool to pop in on the occasional weekday afternoon on my way home, but I don't go very often because the mini golf and bouncy house atmosphere is not a place my 34 year old self with no kids wants to hang. Plus, the lighting is so bright it just makes me want to go on a road trip to a real old school arcade, or at least somewhere they don't place fluorescent tube lights directly over the pinball tables.
"Put. That. Coffee. Down. Coffee's for closers only."
There's one I go to in Portrush, (holiday town on north coast of Ireland) called Sports World or something. They have a few good games like Sega Rally 2, Scud Race and F355 challenge.
"And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins." Matt. 1:21.
Before I was born(I was born in 1992) There used to an Arcade center but it is now replaced by an Italian Take-way store.

@BecomingTHEMAN Nice list! If I was you, I would get three other friends together and head down to your hometown's arcade to bust out the hack 'n slash co-op brilliance of side-scrolling Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder!
You are lucky that they still have that arcade machine in from 1992 and I am completely green with envy. The only chance I ever have of playing that game with my buddies, is if Sega 'do the right thing' and grace us all with a Virtual Console Arcade version.
I am passionate about retro gaming, from antiquated consoles to the continuation of classics. Obviously I love PSone, and PS2 retro games. I blast my ears to breakneck melodic punk, gruff vocals and nimble alternative guitar hooks.
I have one in my local Pepi's Pizza, but I've only played the games there once.
Thanks given to Xkhaoz for that one avatar. Please contact me before using my custom avatar!

We used to have one that took up the entire side of one of the malls here around 91-04. They had a bunch of games including Punch Out!!, X-Men, Simpsons, Marvel vs. Capcom, etc. about a dozen pool tables half a dozen air hockey tables (pool and air hockey set to a quarter a game), then on the other side of it they had a Laser Tag stadium set up and an indoor go kart track. It was down the hall from the comic book shop I worked at in high school so the owner would give me bags of tokens anytime I wanted them. I still remember getting my butt handed to me by a six or seven year old kid in Mortal Kombat 3 one day after my friend and I replaced the contents of a 2 liter pepsi bottle with Jack Daniels
I am the one you despise. I am he who says what you really deep down know but are affraid to admit. I am the Anti-Fanboy, the crusader of truth in a world built on your lies.
Mostly in another major city, but I went there whenever I visited my grandparents. I especially spent hours on arcades whenever I went to hotels though. Later I would still go to a major one in one of the largest malls. Favorite Arcades ever: Golden Axe, Double Dragon, and The Simpsons.
So ends a saga older than time itself. The World's oldest and fiercest army has been led to victory, and a lost generation is delivered from its fear of extinction. As the sun sets over the field of conflict the dinosaurs disperse, hoping never to set foot in this place a...
Still plenty of arcades around here, and they're really popular. But this is Asia, I suppose.
Well there is still a big one in Times Square and there's an EPIC one in Orlando (Disney's). Did anyone visit that in Orlando? They have hundreds of Arcade machines including any "Virtual Console" game you can think of... and it's only an entrance fee. It's the most amazing place that I've seen.

Where's the one in Orlando? What's it called and how much is it? I might be going on a trip there soon and I want to go there.
Buy a Disney ticket to two BIG parks and one SMALL park. This is one of the "small parks".
Big Parks: Magic Kingdom . Animal Kingdom, Hollywood, EPCOT Small Parks: Disney Quest, Two Water Parks, Golf

I'm unaware of any in Glasgow, though there's a few old machines at China Town shopping centre (old as in 1990s - mainly look like Neo Geo fighting and a motorbike racing game) and at the ten pin alleys and cinemas you'll find the standard shooting, dancing, racing games.
I'm going to San Jose in June for my Grandmother's 80th b-day, so I'll be sure to stop in at Nickel City and Golfland which should hopefully still have some pinball machines - no clue where to find those in Glasgow other than Hong Kong Express, which currently doesn't have one (damn, missed my chance to play Apollo 13 when it was there a few weeks ago!).
