It is so far, but I wish /M/subs would hurry it up and finish translating it.

Speaking of /M/subs, they're only one episode away from finishing Layzner now! It only took them over 5 years for just 38 episodes...

5 years to sub one show? Woow....How long of a show would dat be? Hold on a sec. Checks only 38 episodes? In 5 years?!?!

I know! They even started 8 episodes in because someone else started it before them. Oh well, at least they do a good job, I guess.

If it takes this long, I'm guessing its a really low priority, obscure show...or they're really lazy. (Or busy with more "high importance" subs)

Yeah, it was a low priority, plus the guy translating that series disappeared for about a year. Still, it was the show I really got invested in about 4 years ago and its the longest I've ever had to wait for one show.

It's a team, but apparently they divided up the work and one guy who was supposed to translate Layzner stopped showing up for a while.

Speaking of fansubs, I wonder when/if Kaizoku Fansubs will resume.

It sounds like they've just resumed this month. But why bother? Funimation is ahead of them now...

Indeed. I just like their fansubs of the movies/specials. Since...well Funi doesnt have those. And does Funimation sub the Crunchyroll version? It seems a bit different than what I was watching on Hulu.

I'm not sure, but I don't think they are...

So The World God Only Knows manga is ending.

Kinda perfect timing since I plan on reading it relatively soon (as in this year) but I feel so bad for my friend who absolutely ADORES the series. She seems genuinely really sad by this news.

So a clip of Attack On Titan's English dub is out.

Glad to see that it doesn't sound too bad, I was a little worried. However, I don't know why Funimation won't just show a clip of the actual main characters speaking, or even reveal Eren's VA yet. Otherwise, looks good so far.

I just realized they changed 'Three-Dimensional Maneuver Gear' to 'Omni-Directional Mobility Gear' in this. Not a big deal, but a little odd that they would change that.

I'm really falling in love with Hunter x Hunter. If you recall, about two or three days back I was only in the middle of the second phase of the exam. Currently I have five episodes left of the Hunter Exam Arc, and plan to finish by midweek perhaps.

@Rocko52 HunterxHunter is one of my favorites and it only gets better and better(but also darker and darker)

Would anyone recommend Monster? I've heard that people favoured the manga more than the anime itself.

Just got back from a trip to YouTube!

Wrath of the Ninja - the Yotoden Movie - This is one I was going to watch the last time I was hitting up YT for anime stuff, but never got around to it for some reason, so I decided to get it out of the way tonight. It was a pretty decent watch, as an action film centered around ninjas, feudal Japan, demons & other stuff like that. If you're a fan of the genre it's worth a look.

Tekkaman Blade - Sure enough, someone has the original series up (subbed), so I decided to try it out (first two episodes). The animation is a bit stiff & unremarkable during the slow parts, but once it's time for the action, the quality gets noticeably better. The fights thus far have been pretty good, and I really like the design of the armor. Can't wait to see where it goes next.
