I'll be watching Space Dandy for obvious reasons but otherwise I'll have the 2nd half of Kill la Kill to look forward to.

Exactly this, actually.

Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

@Undead_terror, as for good manga:

  • Puppet Master Genzo - It's a dark action manga set in the warring states era. The main character (Genzo) goes around revealing & defeating evildoers with his elaborately crafted lifesize puppets, that border on the supernatural.
  • Change 123 - If you can look past the fanservice (or don't mind it), you'll find a great action manga, that has a surprisingly good story.
  • History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi - A great long running martial arts manga, that in my opinion is better than a lot of the other long running shonen that have gotten popular. (it can be fanservicey as well, but not as much as the title above)
  • Kagetora - This is an odd cookie, as it's a romance centered shonen. I liked it though.

Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)

@Kawaii_Neko I think I've heard of it. is it that one people say that's so bad that it's funny?

I heard it's the worst one ever made.

You mean shows like Naruto, Bleach, Evangelion, Inuyasha, Gundam SEED Destiny, and all those other ones that people like to call "The Worst Anime Ever"?

...Yeah, I'm not taking that seriously. Hell, even Garzey's Wing, as bad as it is, wouldn't be worth mentioning if it weren't for its hilariously bad dub. The anime fandom has a tendency to exaggerate both the good and bad qualities of anime.

So, Crunchyroll is streaming Sword Art Online Extra Edition, the nearly 90-minute SAO recap that ends with a swimsuit episode.

I think I can only endure this by mentally preparing myself beforehand. Or by drinking so many booze that I induce a coma upon myself. Or both. Will report which strategy I end up picking.

Thanks given to Xkhaoz for that one avatar.

Finished Trigun The first 13 ep. were as expected and good, but after that we got some serious plot and the show just turned awesome. I was really satisfied with it's ending as well. Sad thing is, no more trigun. What really sucks when i finish a great anime is what else to watch next, i just feel like nothing can be as great as what I have just seen.

@CrimsonFire Samurai Champloo is awesome! great choice!

^You've seen Badlands Rumble, right? And I know how you feel. It's tough trying to find something new after coming off of an awesome show. If you can force yourself to lower your expectations, sometimes that helps. Or maybe it'll make you not want to watch anime for a while. Either/or.

Wow, that was a fast recovery. -_-;

I'm going to assume He picked the latter...

What can i say, I'm a sucker for good openings. ,and yeah i saw Badlands, it's what got me to watch the show in the first place, but i want to see it again.

I am too, but still, it usually takes me over a week to find something new that I actually like after coming off of a great series. That was pretty fast.

Just finished Code Geass. I haven't even seen that many anime, yet that ending will probably be my number 1 ending to any anime I'll ever see. I even cried a little at the end when Nunnally found out Lelouch's true intentions.

watch the second season(if you haven't already) it's not as good as the first one but it's still great!

Yeah, that is still my third favorite ending out of any anime ever.

That was the ending to the second season he's refering too. Most normal people don't refer to First and second seasons as separate shows.

I'm still not going to watch Champloo until maybe tomorrow anyway.

Anyway, I'm kinda going back and forth if i should watch Space Dandy till the end. It looks pretty interesting and would love to watch it, but what bugs me is the fanservice which I'm assuming there will be a good deal of. I'm for sure going to see the premiere so I'll decide then i guess.

They are making a second season of Mushi-Shi !!! This is tied with 2 other anime as my favorites, so jumping up and down in excitement was totally appropriate.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

time to rewatch Mushi-Shi. again.

Awesome! I actually had a hard time finding the later chapters of Mushishi on my phone, so it'll be great to have them adapted conveniently. Has anyone watched the special episode yet?

always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
