Meh, I did always like the top down Zelda games, might have to grab it on 3DS. Using the same style yes, exact copy with new sprites, no.

It's one thing to be in the same genre, but a completely different thing to make a blatant rip off.

I didn't realize I had full control over a company. Also, this has been happening for years. It even happened back in the NES days.

You don't have full control over the company, it's the majority of gamers that have the exact same mindset as you who are destroying the industry by buying into poopy games.

It has been happening for a long time, but until the recent decade, people didn't actually support those games (i.e ET on atari)

Lol I've been gaming for nearly 20 years, that is why I hate to see all these Call of Duty clones being released every single year. I have no authority I'm just stating what I think about the current state of gaming.

I don't agree

I think more people need to realize how bad games have become to change the gaming industry, and make indie developers, who make actual good games more money to support their families; not just be apathetic toward it. But I'm probably just some pseudo nerd with nothing better to do.

Also, also, for someone who claims to have been gaming for 20 years, your ignorance of how the gaming industry has worked is astounding. "Knock off" or "homage" games have existed since the arcade era. And they have always been supported, or in some cases, thrived. It's not a new concept.
