In the past, when I scrolled the screen back up here on Nintendo Life, the top navigation panel would drop down, and it hasn't done that for me for a long time now. I preferred it dropping down because it made clicking the logo to get back tot he main page way easier than scrolling up through a bunch of comments on an article.
@PharoneTheGnome are you talking about mobile or desktop? On mobile, there should be an [up] arrow that appears bottom right of the screen that will take you back to the top.
@antdickens
I believe @PharoneTheGnome is referring to the headerbar element, and how on desktop it would appear fixed in place if you start scrolling towards the top of the page, and disappear if you start scrolling towards the bottom.
That functionality seems to be changed or missing on my end at the moment too, checked both Firefox and Chrome.
Instead of following the viewport it seems to stay at the top of the page now.
@RupeeClock on desktop that is intentional, the headerbar was causing some other issues so had to disable that for the time being. When we next update the UI we'll see about bringing it back (or having an option/toggle).
