oh and once also in diamond I saw a bug in the GTS I searched for Dragonite and it showed a Victreebell called Dragonite

Yesterday I was playing X and I caught a skiddo. When putting a nickname I tried to use "Cabra", which is Spanish for goat, and the game refused to accept the name. "You cannot enter that name". Does anyone have idea what word or expression they were trying to block?
And yes, I also hate when a person tries to change a pokemon name to another species to try to cheat on the GTS.
I will comment in this thread, never being able to find it again.
@sinalefa some names have been blocked for containing swearing the problem is that it applies to all languages available in the game not only the one chosen by the player there are some really silly banned nicknames.(like England)

A few months ago I was playing through Fire Red version, and being a Nuzlocke I was nicknaming all my Pokemon. My girlfriend was trying to get into the game and watch me play so I told her she could name all my Pokemon. My Charmander and few other Pokemon had typical names but as soon as I caught a Oddish she went and named it Lunch. It's now my favorite nickname for Pokemon since we kept yelling her name every time I sent her out for combat.
