It's either Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon or Pokemon Platinum. Both games have been getting heavy rotation into my DS lately, and that's saying something for me.
Poor Contact. Am I the only person in the world who loves this game? Maybe it will follow in Earthbound's footsteps and be widely appreciated long after that appreciation can do any good. * shrug *

I haven't played it, but it's not my fault, I didn't have a DS when it came out, and then there a loads of other great DS games.
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl I haven't played that many DS RPG's though. Square Enix games are always so expensive for a DS game. I would like to get Chrono Trigger, FF IV and Dragon Quest V.
I don't really think of The World Ends With You as much of an RPG. The battles would actually make for a good arcade-style game if extracted from the story. Whatever you classify it as though, it's a remarkable game.
Although it is an action RPG, I chose The World Ends With You as my favorite DS RPG. Nothing has really touched that game on my personal lists. Having said that, I'm also loving Final Fantasy IV right now.
Dragon Quest IV. Love that game. Tried Chrono Trigger but didn't like it (prepares to be slated ) : ' ( I think a lot of people play this game through rose tinted spectacles. I tried to like it but it just wasn't for me.
TWEWY, it's awesome and i think it's one of the best game overall in the last years. I just bought Knights in the Nightmare, i have to dig it a little more but it seems quite original and fun.
Can I just say Golden Sun DS? I know it's not out yet, but I don't have to play it to know that I will love it to death and pour hundreds of hours into it.
If not, my other favorites are re-releases: Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy IV. And if those don't count, then Pokemon Platinum.
Lieutenant Commander of the Lesbian Love Brigade
There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

You can say that as much as I can say Mario & Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story.
