Just a reminder ! Friday : First Downloadable quest available ^^
Only thing required to have them : you have to finish the game to have access to them in the post-game (you can still download them though) ^^

Hey guys,
i've got a question about the downloads. I don't know if you're the right people to ask but i thought i'd just try anyway.
Do you know how long we'll be able to download each individual quest ? Didn't find information about it on the official site.
I'm asking because i want to finish "Ocarina" before starting with this one. On the other hand i don't want to miss out on these quests. (And yes i know that in order to download the quests you just have to play the game until you reach the first save point.)

Thanks for reading.

Takes the Ask that guy with the glasses tone : That's a very good question !
I did manage to download it, and download it is quite a big term ^^ If my calculations are correct, it means the quests are already on the cartridge, and so connecting to the internet just unlocks them. The "keys", if it is like the Layton games, will be available on the service for at least a year or two, if not indefinitely ^^
(Unfortunately, you can only play those quests in the post-game, so no luck for me, since I just restarted it, I'll have to gladly finish it a second time... Which doesn't bother me at all, since the game is a blast to play ^^)

On another note, I finished writing my mega review of the game and did put it online ! It's all in French so if someone's interested, I'll send a link !

Thanks for your answer Issun.
I also thought it would be like with Layton games and that would be great.
If the official website isn't updated tomorrow i think i'll contact Nintendo.

Due to the popular demand of myself and the fact NL reviewed this game, I'm sending a Navi...euh, Link to my review, so that you can compare the size of it (and if you understand French, read it) :

I certainly don't mean NL's review isn't great (it is more concise even), but yeah, just for you to check out my insane level of fanboyism towards this game ^^

Didn't contact Nintendo did so too often for my liking in the past months, just got to the first save point and downloaded the first quest. Deleted my save file intentionally and sure as hell it was gone. Played until the first save point and downloaded it again.
Figured that I'll not miss much by starting the game from that point when i decide to really play it. (I'll just have to remind that there have been eartquakes.)
The one thing that's a bit harsh but has to be mentioned is that the quality of the graphics and sound really need some getting used to after only playing the 3DS in the past months. Aside from that it seemed quite polished.

Héhéhé ! Number 2 in sales in the UK in the DS department according to game and number 6 in sales in France ^^
Glad this game sells a bit ^^

Pushed the selling rate for Germany one unit up yesterday Hope it will arrive before weekend - game looks so good!

Grammar errors? We could use the german language instead of the english one of course - do you dare? ;)

OldBoy

Bought this yesterday and I am loving it so far.Great graphics and art along with an unusual mix of play styles and I even like the combat (even if it is a bit simplistic). Definetly worth a try for anyone undecided on this one.

What's this bit for again?

ToadFan

I'm excited for the game, and I like the American Box-Art Much Better then the UK One, XP

I love the three of them ^^ But I have to prefer the European one, as it reveals more what the game is about more... even though it kinda spoils the plot...
But the american one is also quite good : Sky, airships, robots and cute characters... Nuff said ^^

They are viewable anytime you boot up the game, so from the company names to the title screen, never look the cutscenes ^^
(well at the end of the prologue, you have the unskippable version of the opening... close your eyes, listen to the music and wait until it ends... you may look at it when you think you approach the final boss)

TheUnknownGame

Why did they put so many spoilers in the opening anyhow?

No one knows what kind of games I play!!

Issun

My bet would be because they want the player to be intrigued and wanting to know more...except they do that by revealing a bit too much, or unfortunately what"s necessary for us to draw our own conclusions...that will be nearly all true in the end...

I still cant wait for this to come out in the US.

And I kind of agree with ToadFan about the American cover art. But then I realize that these companies hire ENTIRE divisions of people to create attractive cover art for that specific demographic location. Whereas UK got a very subtle yet powerful cover art for Resident Evil 4, america got more of an In-your-face style, with main characters and enemies smack-dab in front. Of course, ToadFan, the reason we like America's cover art more simply means the people who decided which art is better for our location are doing a good job! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! thumbs up

(about the american box art of the game...yeah ! It's just a rehash of the soundtrack's cover )
Funnily enough in most cases, I like the european boxarts in general : Final Fantasy 3's was awesome, so was RE4, Tail Concerto (the US was hideous ^^'), Ico and Chrono Trigger for the DS, and the liist can go on and on...
But anyways, the second quest is downloaded, and I haven't finished the first one, because I got kinda fed up (overdose really ^^'') before I could finish my second playthrough... Gonna release my grip on it for a month probably ^^

I like to see the different cover arts period, but I gotta say Japan has the best ones in my opinion XD

I like the American box-art better than the UK one too. It just looks georgeously amazing. The European one wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the description on the boxart. But the Japanese boxart is not my cup of tea of all so it's great we got a different one.
So in short US boxart > EU boxart >> Japanese boxart

PS: Here is the European one (couldn't find a non-German one.)

And The Japanese one
