Topic: Sims3

Is anyone getting Sims3? I've never played, and wonder if I would like it or not.

I would love to, but for some reason, my Inspiron from 2006 doesnt feel like making it work.

Nah, I don't like Sims games.

My Mom has it for iTouch, and I have no interest in it whatsoever.

The PC version is great, my whole family plays it. I don't know what the DS version is like though, it could be totally different.

I have only played the PC version of the first Sims game and that was years ago. I played a few of the console version of the Sims and they just didnt capture the fun of the PC game. I have been tempted to check out Sims 3 on PC but those games can be very time consuming.

I might get this for the Wii...

My family got it for the PC, but then, it wouldn't load, so... I'm pissed.

It's better than Sims 2? How? I wouldn't know, since I haven't been able to play it

the console and handheld versions usually arent as good as the pc versions, but I havent tried nr3 other then on pc

Yeah, I tried an iPhone port of Sims 3, and the only fun thing to do was knock over garbage cans...

Yeah, probably gonna wait and get it on PC...depending on how well the 3DS version is doing. Cause, well...I wanna see what i build...IN 3D!!! xD

Thanks for all your replies. I'd sure like to give it a go. I was also considering if I might want the Wii version over the DS version, but I like having portable games to play while commuting to work, and on lunch break. It seems like one that would be good for that.
