Dr Mario is good. And I like playing Uno on Duel setting (you against the DSi). The rounds are quicker with just 2 players, and even if you don't finish, you can shut the game down (no worries about saving or anything like that.)

EA Sudoku if you like sudoku. You can save and resume later, and the game has infinite replay value.

GO Series: 10-Second Run for some fast platforming. Each stage is literally 10 seconds or less. Make sure you save afterwards though because it doesn't auto-save.
