Topic: I Need a Time-Consuming Game!!

OK, I'm leaving on a trip in a few days and I need a game that will consume the long drive to the destination.
I was think about Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume, but I would like your guys' opinion...help me please...

Disgaea afternoon of darkness

Pokemon Platinum... Dragon Quest V is lengthy as well.

The Legendary Starfy. Or, if that doesn't work, there's always Kirby Canvas Curse and Yoshi's Island DS; they're pretty lengthy games to me.

Knights in the Nightmare. You can spend the whole vacation trying to figure the whole thing out! XD

Go for Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy IV. Both on the DS.

Advance Wars is always good. I prefer Dual Strike myself, but both can be excellent time-wasting propositions.

VP:CotP is pretty great.

Although most RPGs should be just fine, as time-consumers.

I'd have to recommend Rune Factory. All Harvest Moon games are really time comsuming.

I'd suggest either of the Layton games, but based on your avatar I'm guessing those have already been conquered. How about Fire Emblem?

You could go with Final Fantasy Tactics A2, I have that and haven't had enough time to even begin to scratch the surface of all the items, upgrades, customizations, etc. That one could easily occupy any number of hours.

Agreed. I played FFTA2 well over 100 hours. Well worth the money.

Valkyrie Profile is excellent as well, and will likely meet the needs of your trip.

Wow, so many suggestions...I think I'm gonna go with either VP: COP, Chrono Trigger, Harvest Moon: Rune Factory, or a Final Fantasy game...So hard........
(I have already beaten Advance Wars hundreds of time (what a great series!!), same with Pokemon and Fire Emblem, and I already beat BIS)

If you want an RPG I'll recommend Dragon Quest IV. A great RPG with a lengthy main quest and a whole new quest once you complete it. Great game.

Phantom Hourglass keeps you going back and forth from the main dungeon and other dungeons, all with Windwaker graphics.

Animal Crossing Wild World. Can't go wrong there.

Phantasy Star 0 just came out, (well, in NA, and Japan) so that could be time consuming. I'll be on it when I get around to playing it, and it eats your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay some fellow FFTA2 lovers Me and my friend love this game but no one else i know likes it . This game is super fun and time consuming. 112 hours on it so far. Depends on if you like strategy games like it though.
