hey could you make us some free ring tones

In the future, all rings tones will be composed using Electroplankton.

I'd gladly take any of those 3 clips I just posted for my ring tone, or any Hanenbow creation.

amen bro also can you save songs to a sd card?

This is ground control to major Tom, you've really made the grade. And the papers want to know whose shirts you wear
Now it's time to leave the capsule if you dare

No, you can't save songs at all from the Electroplanktons.

So I gave Tracy and Beatnes to my friend with no instructions while we were driving yesterday, and in almost no time he was making really interesting sounds with both games. I was particularly interested in Tracy. I guess I somehow never gave the game the attention it deserved. I forgot what he said it did, but I didn't know Select had a function at all. I'll have to pick up Hanenbrow and more of the ones that I remember only semi-fondly tomorrow and give them another shot, leaving aside mostly just Rec Rec and Volvoice, maybe one or two others.

Come on, friends,

I think that the most pointless is vorvoice. It was cool before the DSi, because normal DS's couldn't record sounds and play them back [except for a few games I belive] and Vorvoice/Rec-Rec could do that. Here they are in my order based on how fun they are.THIS IS JUST MY OPINION
#1 Hanenbow
#2 Beatness
#3 Luminarrow
#4 Lumiloop
#5 Nanocarp
#6 Sun-Animalcule
#7 Rec-Rec
#8Tracy
#9 Marine-Crystals
#10 Vorvoice
I love Hanenbow because it has a challenge in a way. I find it fun just to make different paths by rearranging leaves. Beatness is Fun for remixes. Luminarrow makes really coll song-like tunes. Lumiloop is the most relaxing in my opinion, and the Harmonies sound really cool. Nanocarp is fun just to make sounds and see what shapes they make, and see what tunes are produced by making the waves with the D-pad. Remember this is MY OPINION so please don't hate me or be offended.

Just let it happen.

KnucklesSonic8

I just got Luminarrow. Debating if I should get anything else. Could I have more details on Marine-Crystals, Sun-Animalcule and Lumiloop from people, please?

KnucklesSonic8

Adam

Lumiloop is pretty bare bones. There are five loops, and you can spin them in one of two directions. Probably amazing if you're high. Would be cool if you happen to have two DSes like Warioswoods and could use it in conjunction with another Electroplankton, but on its own it never impressed me.

I can't remember the others well, but I am pretty sure I enjoyed them a bit. Luminarrow is the must-buy of the group though, if you want an Electroplankton at all, that is.

KnucklesSonic8

Wow. Luminarrow is really cool so far. The melodies sound really good and I love the level of interaction you have with this as they all gradually form a beautiful musical masterpiece.

@zezhyrule I was wondering the same thing. What's wrong with the old names? I really don't care if the titles are more accurate [marine-crystals] or more "clever" [luminARROW] or make less sense [trapy? what's wrong with tracy?] or just don't really make a difference[volvoice and vorvoice both have voice in them]. It's the game itself that matters, although I really do wonder why they changed them. Now I can't say the games are idenctical to the original cartridge ones.

Just let it happen.

blackknight77

Why did they have to change the name of Marine Snow? Its such a nice name.

What is the best one besides Beatnes?

@sak904 In my opinion, Luminarrow and Hanenbow. Luminarrow makes more music, and Hanenbow is the closest thing to a game out of the electroplankton series-it's fun messing with the angles of the leaves.

Just let it happen.

Adam

Luminarrow is probably the most universally appreciated Electroplankton. It is definitely the one I would suggest any newcomer to the series start with before breaking the piggy bank to grab the rest of them.

As for the name changes, I wonder the same myself. It's confusing. I keep inadvertently using the old names.

Eel

I so fell asleep trying my new electroplankton games (beatnes and luminarrow).
It was one wonderful nap, though.
