one of my friends went to e3 he said that there was gonna be a dsi update that has video chat capabilities he said its still in the Beta phase and that the audio and the sound lag badly hope it comes out he said that it would be released by nov/dec 2009

Um...I don't think it's technically possible for the DSi to do this. Look at the specs of the DSi and surely you'll agree it's a pretty ridiculous idea. Sorry to sound harsh. But hey, there's always hope with 3DS. .
