I think the graphics are actually pretty decent for the game, and the music is fun but nothing memorable.
The game, to me, is actually pretty hard. lol It's like a glorified rock/paper/scissors. It's actually really well executed. I lost a couple times in the tutorials however. lol I SUCK.
Controls are easy enough to get a handle for.
Haven't tried Wifi Multiplayer yet, no one was one to play, but it's nice that there's even online to begin with.
I'd personally give it an 8.5/10 or a 9. I dunno. lol
There could've been more monsters and locations, but it's 500 points. You get what you pay for. Definitely one of the better DSiWare games.

These games just don't work for me anymore. Tactical, RTS, all games involving moving tiny units all over the place. What happened? I'm supposed to be enjoying this game...and I'm just not
Not that there's anything wrong with it. It's just another Fire Emblem...and those games do very little for me. It's great for what it is (I think) and very affordable.

If I had a DSi, I would most likely be getting this. This is not your typical Dragon Quest game so I'm not sure what to expect from it. It is developed by Intelligent Systems which is a very good thing. I suppose I'll just wait for the review and more impressions on it before I decide to run out and buy a DSi.
I love it so far! I'm playing an online match right now with 3 other players. I got through like 5 of the Training Missions so far and I'm getting the hang of the different characters. If there's anything you wanna know about it let me know as I'll definitely be playing for a good while.
Do you think it's worth it for newcomers to strategy games and DQ? I'm strongly considering it since it has Wi-Fi. EDIT: Also, how many blocks does it take up? Sorry for bothering you.
Well I've never played a DQ game before and I'm loving this. Maybe it's also due to the fact that I love strategy games as well. And yes, undoubtedly worth it for only 500 Points. Great quality and Wi-fi for such a good price. I would've gladly paid 800 for this. I'm going to try taking a video of it in action. It'll be hard but I'll try.
