Topic: Best Buy's Best Deal Ever.

Howdy-Ho everybody, ready for a new Christmas Poem it's called "BEST BUY's BEST DEAL EVER," by ballkirby1, and it's based on a real Best Buy holiday deal when you buy a Nintendo DSi system. So here we GO!!!

This year is the Christmas, your getting your first video game, Now you can't fit in and not be lame.
You tell your parents you want a DSi, even though they don't know why.
However they say "You've been a good boy so I guess we'll say okay"
So they look in the paper for the best deal around and see that in best buy a sale is going down.
"Look what Best Buy's doing," says your mom with a grin, "Best Buy is giving a free game with the thing, that is a win,"
Indeed it was true best buy with giving a free game, It was Tony Hawk's Motion which they did not know was lame.
Out to the store your parents go. Driving to Best Buy in the snow.
Soon Christmas day arrives and what cheer, you know that your DSi is wrapped up and here.
It is your only preasent you open it a shout "I finally got it and for only 8 months it's been out."
You also see a game beside it, there lays Tony Hawk's Motion which was gleaming as if a candle was lit.
"My first game to play," you shout with glee, However you don't know the agony your about to face on this holiday.
Your parents say "that was expensive no more games, no way", but you didn't care all you wanted to do was play
You open the box, but olny to find a game and a gadget that both smelled like dead ox.
You learn how to put the game in and pop it out, but you still don't know what the other thing is about.
So you start the game which is acting a bit mean, It won't start unless you follow the screen.
It tells you to insert that large black thing, into the GBA slot until it can cling.
"what's a GBA you ask yourself," So you look it up on the computer that is sitting on your shelf.
It turns out the GBA is like a Ds's older sibling, but you soon find a fact that leaves you babbleing.
You read that DSi's don't have one of those slots, and this make you cry a whole lot.
All you wanted was to play a game that was bad, but you couldn't do it so it made you sad.
You did not care for a camera or music, nor did you have wi-fi so the shop you couldn't use it.
Days of crying past and the vacation is over at last.
You go back to school, your face covered in drool.
You start to smell, your living in hell.
All because of Best Buy who felt like being cheap turds, instead of giving you a game that worked with the DSi which was great, but
that's only what you heard

If Best Buy really added this as a bonus for the DSi, that is a big fail since, as you say, the DSi has no GBA slot.

You ruined Christmas!

are you saying that to me? I hate Sony a lot.I wasn't making fun of Nintendo I was making fun of the fools who are buying a dsi at best buy just for this deal when there's about 100 better dsi deals going on.

I saw this deal mentioned on another forum, and someone there, claiming to work at a Best Buy, said that the promotional ads were simply incorrect, as the deal is actually for a different Tony Hawk DS game (one that doesn't have the GBA cartridge).

Wow. That's a serious offer?
That's worse than Toys 'R Us "buy a DS and a random accessory pack (with stuff you probably don't need), get two crappy games free" offers.
