Surprised it didn't hit there first.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.

Me too, but I think Nintendo are trying to share the love a little. I don't really see myself collecting DSis the way I have Wiis, so I'll just have to learn to live without some of these games I guess (though being Nintendo, I doubt this won't come out in Japan soon).

@ Sean
off topic: Just wondering if the Japan shop had any more themed clocks or calulators other then Mario or Animal Crossing? Wanna kinda see if I should stop holding out for some type of Zelda themed NA release or not...

Yeah, I'm really enjoying this game. It gets pretty intense on levels 9 and 10 on score attack. I think NST should make more games starring Aura-Aura and make a DSiWare mini-franchise. Seems perfect for the downloadable format.

No kidding! I just finished Level 9 last night and Level 10 (the final level) is killing me... i just wish the game was longer!

The first 5000m of Endless should last you awhile. All new levels with hidden medals every 1000m and multiple paths

I just completed level 10 (finally), and Marathon unlocked. It looks like there is a slot for something else to unlock, but I'm not sure. Has anybody had some success with the Marathon to unlock something new?

If there's something there, I think you'll either need 7500m or all the medals.

Spoilers/Update:
I think there's two more unlockables. I forget if the credits are unlockable or not, and if you get all the medals you get unlock an in-game theme.

UFOs appear whenever you use X grapple points, without using the same grapple point twice. I believe swinging on an grapple point doesn't increment your count, but will break your count if you use it after swinging from it. Only the plain colour grapple points seem to affect the count?
I think "X" is about 12.
My level 1 high-score is now 47645.

Full rules concerning the UFO:

To make the UFO appear, you need to grab 12 "fresh" normal grapple points in a row, without grabbing any "used" normal grapple points or taking damage in between. "Fresh" means that the grapple point is not darkened, and you'll get the score (10 points) for it when you grab it; in other words, using the same normal point twice resets the count. (When you fall, you can use a bomb to toss yourself up in order to avoid having to re-use a normal point.) Each UFO is worth progressively more points in a level (1000, 2500, 5000, ... but reset when you take damage) plus a bomb; they are the key to high score. For example, it is impossible to get rank S in level 1 without getting at least 2 (preferably 3) UFOs.

To clarify the above: re-using a non-normal point does not reset the count, and re-using a normal point does not reset the UFO score. Thus you don't have to worry about re-using a normal point when trying to catch the UFO after it appears, though if you succeed in catching the UFO without re-using, the count continues from your 13th normal point (the ones you grab before catching the UFO will count).

Try to get 3 UFOs in level 1, to see what difference that makes to your score.

I've done that, it's a real score booster!

Now I'm curious. I tried hard and think that I've almost maxed out the points for level 2, but you beat me by almost 5000 points. Any tips on where you get those points from?

And level 3 - did you get a 4th UFO? (4th and beyond is 10k each.)

In level 2, are you using the following move?:

If you fall from a high enough height, grappling shall catapult you, giving you a score bonus and allowing you to kill any enemies you catapult into.

I use it a little bit, but not too much because I think that in general that doesn't generate more points than the time bonus. Though that becomes a different story if you kill some enemies, you're right. Need to think about where to use it.
