Dillons rolling werstern! I like TD games and adventure games but that game was just awfull! I still dont get how it got a sequel? It just didn't feel that fun and was so bland

Super Mario Land 2. I still can't stand the way Mario moves and the level design is still boring.

-Dot Runner 3D Edition: My gosh, what a piece of deceptive marketing this game is! You wouldn't know it from the video, because that only shows the top screen; but while playing you literally never use it! Add in the fact the game is unfairly hard and you've got quite a terrible eShop purchase.
-Mutant Mudds: A very bland, generic, retro attempt.
-Mighty Switch Force!: Got it due to positive word of mouth but found it very repetitive after awhile.
-Fortified Zone: Just a very slow, unfair, overhead shooter. I honestly don't know what I was thinking when I bought it.
-GB Donkey Kong: I know, I know. This is considered a classic and stuff, but I found myself stuck at a certain point and never got the urge to go back.
-Zen Pinball 3D: I love pinball, but the tables just didn't hold my interests after the first few weeks.
I'm on the fence about Dillon's Rolling Western, its got an interesting art direction, good character designs, etc. But I'm half-way through the game and have been stuck on the same level for MONTHS. There's just too much to do before the Grocks come, and too much to keep track of once they do come!
I'm surprised to see so many mentions for Dr. Wily's Revenge. Maybe it's because I haven't played any of the NES Mega Man games, but I actually thought it was a great game.
BTW, @Austroid, sorry if I sounded rude in that other thread. I'm not sure how I came off, but I wasn't trying to be rude (just wanted to get that off my chest).

Oh, nonono that's quite alright! I didn't think of your comment as being rude, I just wasn't aware this thread existed beforehand. No worries!
Mine either has to be Liberation Maiden and EscapeVector...
And MAYBE Crashmo. I just got over it really quickly, I still enjoyed it though.
I had the DSi on the first day and got a 1000 points free, and wasted it on Zenonia and Army Defenders.
I still believe I hadn't made the worst eShop purchase ever yet.
Freakyforms - It was between this and Pullblox at the time... and I must have skipped over the "childish" parts of the review... what was I thinking? It's awful, I wish I never bought it...

It should've just been an action game.
I respect your opinions, but Mutant Mudds, Zen Pinball 3D, and Mighty Switch Force are fantastic games.

@UndeadTree Mole Mania is an overlooked GB classic that deserves more attention, as well as a modern day comeback. So far its my favorite GB game I've gotten off the eShop.
@MeWario Uh, what kind of question is that? Just because I don't feel the same about a game you like?

I grew up playing the GB Mega Man titles instead of the NES ones. I'm getting the chance to play through the NES ones now though. Honestly as long as you realise that this is the Game Boy we're talking about the Mega Man games were pretty good. They were adapted well to the small screen, and I still enjoyed playing Wily's Revenge. Looking forward to the rest of the GB titles on the VC, if it ever happens.

Thanks Austroid. I may check it out when my 3DS XL is repaired.

@Philip_J_Reed: So you actually, like, paid for it to review it?
Yyyyyep. If we get a free copy for review, we'll disclose that right near the score. In this case, I had the good fortune of paying out of pocket.
The things we do for you guys!
Surely it must've been screaming 'shovelware' at you before you bought it lol.
@kkslider5552000 Mole Mania... was made by Miyamoto? But that game is just... awful.
Never heard of Mole Mania. What is it??
I'm not sure what the genre is called...but you know the puzzle games with a top down perspective where you have to push things into things in the right way to get to the next level? It's that with a 2nd underground area in every level to use.
The game is about as meh and boring as it looks. And this is Nintendo's own eShop trailer so yeah...
