I've always loved old game boy color games including dragon warrior monsters and a few others and was hoping if anyone knew of any such news.

Game Boy Color games are available on the Nintendo eShop. I recommend Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, but there are a couple of other really good GBC titles there too!

There are also zelda games from the gameboy color era, I personally downloaded oracle of ages and its pretty decent

As mentioned above, Game Boy Color games have been on the 3DS VC for some time now. I recommend all three Zelda titles (playing through a linked Seasons game right now), as well as Wario Land II and 3.

Currently playing: Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (Switch), Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations (Switch)

Considering I have Mario Tennis GBC, Pokemon Puzzle Challenge, and both Zelda oracles on my 3DS, I'd say your wish came true.

Now, if you expect certain games like Dragon Quest to release, hold your breath. In DQ's case, Square Enix must be the ones to publish the game on the eShop... So, for third paties games, it doesn't depend on Nintendo.

I have a chronic lack of time, for everything.

Now playing: Okami HD, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

To pile on, there are a few, and most are quite good. From my collection:

Zelda: Link's Awakening DX - arguably the best Zelda.
Zelda: Oracle of Ages - Great story, but the gameplay felt somewhat lacking.
Zelda: Oracle of Seasons - Great gameplay, but the story felt somewhat lacking.
Blaster Master: Enemy Below - It's Blaster Master, but for game boy (color).
Wario Land 2 - Most remarkable in that it's an immortal platformer. Wario is unkillable. Lots of clever platforming puzzles.
Game & Watch Gallery 2 - Think this may have been a Club Nintendo exclusive. It's Game & Watch. What more to say?

The only ones I have are Mega Man Xtreme and Rayman.
