Topic: When will you get your 3DS?

I preordered for this exact reason

I live in a small town. i wouldn't be surprised if i was the only one getting it at midnight. Day one by the way and i already have it pre-ordered

Ive been saving £3 a week since I first new and although it dosents sound much thats alot for a kid living off pocket money.
I now have £150 and my parents will put the rest towards it

I'd hold out if it wasn't for Ocarina of Time 3D, but I must have it, my precious!!

I'm not taking ANY chances. I'll be buying it on the first day it comes out- pre-ordering prior. Especially if it's a blue 3DS. This will be the FIRST time I get a system on launch day.

I'm almost definitely getting it this year, but not sure exactly when. I don't even have a DS, but I refuse to buy one when the 3DS is so close. I probaby should wait for the price to drop a little, but I don't know if I can.

I just bought a PS3, so probably not for a while. There are a lot of games I want on the 3DS, but I'm not in any rush to get the system. I'll probably wait for a price drop on it first and be content with my DS in the meantime.

I think I'll wait for the official release date announcement before I preorder from gamestop. I'm curious if they're going to do any trade-in bonuses for the 3DS. I think we'll keep our DS lite but I may wait until this purchase to trade in all the games I want to trade.

(again, for those who already preordered, is gamestop already guaranteeing what color you want or just taking your money?)

I heard 3ds can make you go blind playing it. But I still want one because I don't know if what I heard is true.

I am getting mine in the mail launch week. Hurry up amazon and start taking pre-orders.

After the announcement of the shorter battery life, I think that I'll hold out until Dragon releases more powerful batteries for it.
If they don't, then I'll try to wait for a better version to be released.
