Topic: What's the problem with my Nintendo 3DS?

It'll play fine while hooked up to charger...BUT when I unplug the charger system turns off.

Tried changing the battery...but that didn't fix it.

Are you fully charging it?

Maybe a problem with the battery connection in the 3DS? The battery itself can't be the problem if you swapped it out already.

It has to be the 3DS.

I don't think it's the charger. If it is supplying power to the 3DS, it should naturally charge the battery if everything in the 3DS is setup correctly.

I'm reading somewhere that it could be that the battery contacts got damaged/wet O.o

It could be that the charge is just going directly to the 3DS and not charging the battery, but then I wouldn't know why the 3DS would say it's charged.

In that case send it to Nintendo.
