Nintendo themselves won't be doing anymore 3D Classics, but Sega's going to starting their own line of 3D Classics starting with Space Harrier. What other companies would you like to see try this?
I'm going to say Namco because Dragon Spirit, Dragon Saber, Pac-Mania, Burning Force, and Splatterhouse would be perfect games for 3D.
Yeah Namco to do PAC-man
Capcom to do 1942
And Konami to do contra and metal gear (MSX version)

I think it was mentioned in the 3D Classics Iwata Asks that Punch Out proved to be too difficult to 3D-ify (and I guess it's pretty clear why since the large sprites would need to be broken up into smaller components, etc)
Idk about Square Enix, since playing RPG's in 3D seems a tad redundant. If we do get 3D Classics: Rad Racer though, I'd be more than happy to buy it.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)

That's also why they canned 3D classics of Nazo no Mursamejo, and those other games they showed.
