Thanks, I get that they can't just let you download it and then sell it, but if you were to want to go all download you probably would've started already with NSMB2 and you probably didn't buy the physical titles of any game that came out after NSMB2 so I think they should let those people who bought physical copies of games before NSMB2 have a way to download the previous titles for free, but make sure it's not just: buy, pop in, download, sell. Maybe it could read activity log to see how long you've had the game since activity log records everyday, if it shows you had played it over a period of time it records it as "you own it" like I doubt anyone would borrow a game every so often like me and MK7 started Dec 7 11 played periodically from then until now, I doubt that counts as borrowing it, also they should do this for normal DS games, since I'd like Pokemon black 2 to be digital and probably any other RPG
