Syega Crystals gave their powers to the people of the world, but somebody has stolen all of them...
After all the Syega crystals are missing, the world plunges into darkness. As the dark witch Zizou, you must retrieve the missing Syega Crystals.
The Legend of Dark Witch is a 2D platform action game. Zizou can learn new attacks by defeating bosses. She will need every one of those attacks if she is going to save the world.
Other Features:
-A magical world beautifully depicted through in-game graphics.
-Zizou's abilities can collect Tres in battle, which she can later use to upgrade her abilities.
-Diverse levels that provide a fair challenge.
-Additional bonuses that reward those who replay the game.
-3 difficulty modes.
Anyone interested in the game? I will give some impressions later once I test it out.

To me I think it looks like the Legend of Zelda, since the title sounds like it.
The game is pretty good so far, it's like what Canis said, the game is a Mega Man/Shmup platformer, it plays well, got powers to get and hidden gems to get in each level, the music and art is good, etc etc, but it doesn't take too long to beat the game, already half way done within a half a hour, but with 3 difficulties and 2 characters to play as along with getting all hidden gems, it seems like it's worth it.
My review of the game http://eshopgurus.webs.com/apps/blog/show/42741110-the-legend... if you played Mega Man then you will know what to expect, the game was crafted very well, this should be a treat for a nice few tomorrow!
Also we will have another review soon as well, the more opinions the better!
Looks interesting and pretty cheap. And there are a ton of other games on today's update that I want. And I got Persona 4 Arena and Deus Ex DC on the mail today too.
I will comment in this thread, never being able to find it again.
Correct, it uses none, but the graphics are very detailed and still a great deal for the price.

I'm interested in this. The price and length is right. I don't want to be stuck in a 5 to 10 hour game anyways. Sounds like a good game to play in short bursts.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
Played it after some impressions, This megaman/gradius baby is so worth you time. Don't expect the best presentation in the world. Graphics aren't in 3D, some stuff isn't as flashy and dialogue is in japan only. And this whole venture may end as less than an hour or 2 (the unlockables and customizations and collect-able jewels and the 3 challenging difficulties [you're gonna die a lot] more than make up for that tho).
@Captain_Toad Even though you mentioned the game is only 1-2 hours, how many levels and bosses are there? And there is only one playable character, correct?
Thanks, buddy!
If you look above most of your questions are answered. 2 playable characters.

The same number of levels is the same number of bosses there are in the game. 8 though there could be more....
And yep there's an unlock-able character and this person plays COMPLETLY different, so be aware of that.
I've gotten around to giving this game a try, and I noticed it said the bosses are weak to the other bosses' weapons like in Mega Man. Does anyone know the order to play the levels to take advantage of each boss's weakness (other than the first one, of course) by using the weapon gained from beating each previous boss?
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.
