I'm assuming it'll be equivalent to the Wii U version. I'd bet Chrom will be in it.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

I think both versions will have exclusive characters that can be transferred to the other version via connecting the Wii U & 3DS together. It would sell more on both platforms if they did this.

Completely agree. This would be a very smart move on Nintendo's part. Connect your 3DS to the Wii U and all characters are available on both platforms.
