Topic: My 3DS is freaking out and I can't open up my eshop!

Right, so at first I found out that some error occurred in my 3DS when I found the error code 700-7100, I found out that I had to delete these files that where 0 blocks and called, "?" and what happens is that now I can't get my eshop to open at all, and the error code is now 700-0200. Please help me in this sticky situation please...

Did you try googling the error code?

I did, but it keeps telling me to delete these 0 blocks named "?" but there isn't any more.
