Well, I know it's a long shot, but perhaps the Nintendo Network logo on the box art for the Legend of Zelda Link Between Worlds hints at a coming Miiverse integration on 3DS? After all, Zelda games don't usually have multiplayer, and all Miiverse games have the Nintendo Network logo on... so perhaps it's been included to mark its compatibility with the 3DS' version of the service?

How? I would think they have different departments to deal with different tasks. The 2DS was designed by the console designers and Miiverse is developed by the Internet guys. If they get everyone to get in on designing a console, then Nintendo must be a very unorganised business.
To be honest I do believe that Miiverse will be coming-out in fall, but I have a funny feeling that Zelda probably going to be DLC, or mutilplayer just like the first game. Now I do hope the rumours are true for Miiverse integration for Zelda.

I hope Zelda doesn't have DLC. (Probably get a download in that case). Otherwise I think I will get physical and sell it to a shop after I finish it. (Probably getting most of my money back).
(I will get it regardless. Link to the Past is one of my favourite games. But if I don't get rid of it then I will end up buying the DLC and supporting a practice I despise).

this guy knows what he's talking about. complaining won't make other critical works disapear and much less drop the unnecessary bureaucracy..... that's why sometimes many companies fail to reach users expectations(but in some extremely rare cases it's just laziness)

They have their own team for designing consoles, they have their own team for PR management, they have their own team for customer service, they have their own team for online, they have their own team for retail deals and eShop management.
If you don't understand that vital fact you obviously have no idea how a business works. They all have specialized roles to fulfill within the company.

I really wouldn't be surprised if there's only 2 or 3 people who actively work on the Miiverse software itself! There obviously has to be more people involved ultimately, but it might be very few people who work on any one thing, like Miiverse. And they have a ton of people!

yes i know that but like the wifi team or what ever has there hand full with account systems,updates,miiverse and adding servers. the legal team has been busy with gate way cards and other flash things,working with capcom for mega man in smash bros and working with sega for there exclusive deal. monolith soft is busy with X,pokemon company and gamefreak busy with pokemon rumble figures,pokemon X and Y and gamefreak new ip, miyamoto busy with over looking mario,zelda, his new ip, meetings with ign or nintendo life. advertising team working on making hype(they suck at it)there is to many damn things to talk about but you get the idea and it takes thousands of people to do all of this plus they dont have that many 1 party companys...

I really don't want it on the 3DS browser. If it was on the 3ds browse no doubt it will take longer to load the page than having it on an app.
it could run miiverse if they change the OS to html5 like the wii u(i hope the fall update does that)so mabye the top screen is the plaza and the bottom screen are the apps and games just like the wii u.

How is the 3DS not powerful enough? All Miiverse is, is a large gaming forum. That's it. I highly doubt Nintendo will bother adding the whole Waka Waka Plaza (or whatever it's called) to the Home Menu.

I thought they were going to add an app to the home menu. I think it was for mobile phones but either way they should make an app for it on the 3ds. Similar the way you access the game notes. Capture a screenshot, add text, writings or drawings and then BAM!

I think they should just redo the Game Notes, who actually uses that? They could even use it to capture screenshots since it shows screens of games in that app.
