Outside of online play, number of racable characters, and the expected graphics bump from GC to Wii, Double Dash does everything better than MK Wii.

@Komic I'm still playing it online now, it's rather enjoyable pushing people off and stopping them doing the glitch. But I'll play it more when the patch comes out though probably... but I'm not entirely sure.
Ive been playing kirbys adventure more than MK7 recently And people are saying no-one compliments super circuit? Its my third favourite. MK64 is my fav followed by 7.
I keep getting so many streetpasses for this game. Yet I never check them. I don't have a desire to come back to this game, unlike previous Mario Karts.
@Retro I have to agree... unlike Mario Kart Wii or MKDS I just don't enjoy this one all that much. It just feels very slow and boring to me for some reason... there's something about it that just doesn't bring me back.
@Retro and @Demonic. I third that. I think the fact that this game only has the two party modes, Time Trials and Grand Prix is annoying. I really enjoy racing on single Vs. races on other Mario Karts, but of course Nintendo removed that from this game. I hope Mario Kart Wii U is more like DS and less like this...

Anyone experience any hacker problems online yet? From my experience, it's been really good, but I think I might have possibly raced against one just before. I was in second place on DS DK Pass and the person in front of me had no items according to my bottom screen. Then someone fired a spiny shell, and they activated a star and avoided it which seemed a bit suspicious. They then ended the race in third place which is strange. Then in the next race they had a big lead the whole time, and seemed to be unaffected by another spiny shell. I left after that race.
Hopefully Nintendo can manage to block the hackers from connecting because I'd hate to see Mario Kart 7 get ruined like the DS and Wii games.

I totally agree. I've always enjoyed Single Player VS mode, too bad it wasn't here. It's just so slow, so boring and not interesting at all. I hope the next version is more like the previous installements.

I think Nintendo focused alot on the online for this Mario Kart, maybe a bit too much. MK7 has alot of online stuff to do but doesnt have that much to offer when it comes to single player. I think they should have brought back MISSION MODE that was pretty cool like the DS Mario Kart.
I agree with Emaan, there's something awesome about hitting someone with a blue shell, whizz past and see them rage as you burst into laughter. You don't get this online... at least not any more, all you get is abuse. :/
Mario Kart is a very fun game, I just wish they added more single player features and heck, even more battle options... seriously, just coin runners and balloon battle? Boring... not to mention the fact the amount of battle arena's is slim and most of them are kind of rubbish. They went right with communities where you can have pure fun with friends or with randoms in Nintendo made rooms... but still, it's no substitute for VS. Mode.
