Well yeah its not that great a way to contact others but it does notify them once the message is delivered vs this form since I get here using my 3DS.

That experimental guardian orbitars set is bad. though, it's still in progress. :-? Also in that one match I had trouble with having to charge my 3ds. the one I used the guardians in the lava place. But yeah, you play very well. :-? I'd love to have another rematch. maybe we could make this a thing. Also, I stayed up a lot later than I thought I'd have to for this. Now I'll go crash in bed.

Yeah that was really hard, looking forward to our next battle. The guardian orbitar set was really difficult to get around if you had some way of attacking through the shields you set up that would of been a loss for me.

I mean like a laser shot or something to that magnitude.

Actually SwapNote is instant. It just depends whether or not the person you are sending it to checks swapnote right after you send it.

@3Dash Really? Can you cite your source?

Most of this is personal observation. BUT, here's how I found my answer.

1) I used to send SNs to people(like, come to this community right now) and they've responded within 10 minutes. Assuming it took a minute for them to write the message and a few minutes for them to go to SwapNote, I can estimate SN is fairly fast.

2)(and this isn't really SN) I've emailed myself from my 3DS, which, I dunno, is kinda like SN, and recieved the emails instantly(unlike the super slow Wii)

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems pretty instant to me. We could test this later, if you want.

@3Dash - Yeah, Swapnote is near instant. I've learned this from vast amounts of Swapmote experience with my friends. However, it's only instant if the receiver is prepared to receive it.

@True_Hero -Exactly. It's intant, but it depends on if the reciever checks SwapNote.

@Knuckles It's true. I can vouch that all you need to do is press the Receive Messages (or whatever it's called, I forgot) button. Swapnote gets messages near instantly, but it only updates every once in a while unless you press that button.

Weird. :-? I've had times when I've recieved those "random questions" out of order. :-? I got 27 before 25 and 26 or whatever. (I won't remember the actual numbers.) right after choosing to "check for notes" then I get back from checking what notes I recieved (I.e 27) and then got 25 and 26. (maybe it was just 26, I don't really remember)

Maybe it has to do with Internet connection, and file size?

@tricoloryoshi @3dash here is the solution people make a letter on the 25 save them and send the letter days later.

Yeah, I got messages within minutes you just have to press the SpotPass Deliever check button.

Well who is going to sit around hitting refresh all day? From what I read, you have to click on the bottom left button, and then it gets it instantly.

The only thing you really have to worry about is the loading to actually check, I just go ahead and do something else for 5 minutes.

Or you could just close your 3DS and open it. That kinda refreshes.

Yeah, that's what I do a lot of the time.
