I already had that idea a while ago when this thread was a Taurus Arm nightmare.
We did do some, though I just don't know what happened afterwards.

Good news, finally got enough skill to farm 9.0 levels! I've been farming Ch. 20, and got a good amount of mods, but STILL cannot find any I-PAB -4 .

@Sonicman I don't like GRP's Charge Shot because it takes too long to charge. Sure, standing makes it quicker but the Standing Charge Shot cannot loop as the Reapette doesn't go through fighters. But you can always, evade to make your charge time go faster. For Shot Cancellation, I'm not sure if it's very necessary, we should do some test before see if without it, the Palm does well. With 6 Stars only, I find its Charge Shot pretty weak and its natural Weakness infliction isn't reliable enough. But, I suppose there's still its Continuous Fire that is great along with its Melee. I'm not sure what you really want to focus your Palm on.

@Knuckles A room with 6 friends that have each others FC with weapons 300+ value. It also helps that the match are long enough. With a 1 minute match, weapons will pop up once in a while pretty much like how Powers come back depending on your weapon's Value. Preferably FFA because the match stop at the specific time given.

@Ruceyod I found a list of all the data for every weapon, if I have SC on my GRP, I can beat Brawler Claws! I'm not wanting anything too powerful, this weapon is just for trickery.

@Ruceyod I'm debating whether I should switch Shot Homing with Dash Ch. Shot, I COULD just use the power for it, then I could make the palm ALOT stronger, what do you think?

@Sonicman Did someone's Brawler Claws hurt you badly? I mean Brawler Claws aren't first choice weapon.
For Shot Homing over Dash Charge Shot, I would personally go for it but
some people have this mind set:
A powerful weapon is useless if you can't hit your target
So if you're confident with your aiming go for it.
but then again, Palms generally have a good set homing.
It's a luxury, really.

So I DON'T need the cancellation? You know, the DCS of the palm > than Brawler claws, anyways. That's really my greatest fear, because when I had my eyetracks, I was pwned by brawlers. SH + SR + DCS sounds like a good idea to me, what do you think? Maybe try and fit Paralysis?

@Sonicman Well, if you want the Shot Cancellation that's fine, I run it on my Midnight Palm and it goes through most Shots. And it's not like everyone use Brawler Claws. Thing is, GRP's and EyeTracks Charge Shot travels slowly so Brawler Claws have the time to hit the shots multiple times with its Continuous Fire. If you want to get through that, you need a weapon that travels fast and have good homing. What you need to do is Dash Charge Shot in the air, above the target. You can also try on the sides. Ninja Palm is great at that. I didn't need Slip Shot as it would fly across or above obstacle.

If you really want a GRP, do know that you don't need to focus on its Reapette alone. It have better Dash Continuous Fire and Melee than EyeTracks. For countering Brawler Claws, I don't think that's a great weapon to use.

Like someone use Brawler to counter EyeTrack , you need to counter at your turn.

@Ruceyod If I get paralysis, I can use the dash fire to finish. I think I should go with SH + SR + Paralysis, sound good to you? I should be able to get 5+ stars easily, so I can use the palm as a CQC weapon. I really need to stop malking CQC weapons, but I love them so much . Do you have any longer-range recommendations after this palm? I'm also wanting a Drill Arm...

@Ruceyod What you said about homing, if you trust your aim, would you agree if you are a good staff aimer, that you wouldn't need shot homing as much?

Edit: @Sonicman Actually I used to use a Drill Arm if you remember, anyway I picked up a few tricks.
For one, it needs Shot Range +3 in my opinion, and I found no use for shot homing, or homing boost. Its melee is pretty good, and had fun doing a backwards dash charge shot, deals a little more damage, but one of my drills had BDCS, so I could be wrong.
I personally think it might need Dash Charge Shot, as my 285 5 star dealt around 100 ish damage in a charge shot.
Thats my two cents. Any advice on building one, double stars? I don't know a steady method of getting stars in ranged and melee.

@Pichuka97 First off, welcome
Anyway, your question if you recieve a ??? gem it simply means you haven't unlocked it yet. You probably know you can unlock weapons by progressing through Chapters, and completing tasks on The treasure hunt board.
Any gem in particular? We can help you unlock it

@Sonicman CQC weapons what? Paralysis is good if you do use the Palm's continous fire since it's more spammable. But I really find it useful if you don't want your Target to run away (when your weapon have short range or when you use melee weapon). Shaking sounds more fun.
For a long range weapon, depends on your preferences. Homing or Power?

@Knuckles I disagree. Weapons that have long range and travel slowly tends to home after traveling a certain distance. Like Thanatos Staff or Lancer Staff. Because the shots travel slowly, fighters have time to walk away from the hitbox. That's when Shot Homing would actually help. To a weapon with an already good Homing, now that's a luxury.
