Topic: Etrian Odyssey: Millenium Maiden

So...I'm like seriously really excited for this remake of the first game, cause I was gonna get the first game, but now that it's being remastered on the 3DS, I am a bit glad. So...here we can talk about the game I guess? (Also talk about what might happen to the west)

Here is a picture of the Boxart...apparently the game will be focusing on the Story more and there will not be the ability to make your own characters.

As long as this isn't the new direction the main series is taking, I'm game.

No character creating?

Oh well, it's not like I have created more than one of each character in IV, so as long as there's a character for each class I guess it's ok.

Apparently it's getting released on June 27th in Japan mm

Hopefully Atlus will decide to release this one State-side by next year.

Personally, I'm not too miffed about the lack of character creation so long as there's class changing. More story can work in a Dungeon Crawler - Unchained Blades proved that. I'm more interested in seeing how the gameplay tweaks work, though.
