Ladies and Gentlemen, I am appalled at Nintendo would do this too us. I May be late on this but Nintendo has decided to release a 3DS with two analog sticks. Why wouldn't they just include that in the first place if they supposedly had plans for the before its release! Users are going to flock back to retailers to trade in or return their 3DS's to scrounge up money to buy this new and "improved" 3DS. Many will, Many wont but it happens. What makes me even more upset is this flimsy snap on attachment to add the second analog stick to your 3DS Making you PAY extra, to make your system bulkier over something that should of been there from the start.

It's an add-on, buddy. It's only optional on a few games.
Additionally its powered through your 3DS further decreasing your battery life.
... That was a rumor. Which is kinda false yet could be true in their 3DS revision.. There's the Slidepad Pro coming out that attaches to the 3DS. Anyhow..
1. Are YOU going to get the "New and Improved" 3DS? If not, shut it. 2. Why are you complaining about a peripheral that helps you from getting a new system entirely?
You knew what you got yourself into when the price drop happened and even before that. Just relax.
I own a PS1, GBA, GBA SP, Wii (GCN), 360, 3DS, PC (Laptop), Wii U, and PS4.
I used to own a GBC, PS2, and DS Lite
first off, that article is from august, and claimed there would be an announcement 'next month' about a new 3DS model, looks around for new 3DS oh... right... never happened, second off, the Circle Pad Pro, while bulky, looks fairly sturdy and not flimsy at all, it's relatively cheap, probably around 20$ at MOST if the Japanese price is similar to the price we'll be paying. Finally, the Circle Pad Pro is NOT powered by the 3DS battery, but runs off a AAA battery, and for a long time at that: http://3ds.nintendolife.com/news/2011/12/expect_the_circle_pa...
Finally, as Nintendo has been wanting to put 3D in a handheld since the GBA SP, I sincerely doubt they'll back out of that now, they included the depth slider on the 3DS for the sole reason of allowing people who either dislike or get sick from the 3D to turn it off. There would be no reason to remove the 3D after making such hype about adding it in the first place
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
Definitely late to the party on this one. And, the rumors about a redesigned 3DS, even with the CCPro coming, still have no basis behind them besides the simple presumption that, due to the nature of the add-on, a redesign would be obvious.
Sorry you feel that way, Legendslayer, but as everyone else has already mentioned, you're a bit late with this news. :3
