Can anyone find a qr code of a Shine Sprite from Super Mario Sunshine for me?
I tried, got an image of the star, used a qr code generator, have the qr code, but at ables, message came up not an animal crossing qr code

Anyone else noticing that Streetpass (Relay) in general and Animal Crossing streetpasses in particular seem to have reached critical mass? Now when i go to a train station or big shopping mall, i get 3 to 6 hits in a short time; usually with a couple of AC:NL showcase homes. About 1 in 2 3DS owners i meet is playing Animal Crossing.

I've not gotten one Street Pass hit regarding AC:NL. Also, the Relay stations (BestBuy & McDonald's) both don't work where I live. Not sure what the problem is. The only game related Street Passes I ever get are MH3U and MK7.

Nope, not here... like @bezerker99 so far since AC was released I've got some Strepasses but nothing about AC:NL which is a pity.
1. AFAIK it is always better to accept a quest, my villagers don't seem to mind much if i fail to complete them.
2. I haven't received a picture yet even though i try to do all the requests. Rewards are pretty much random in my experience. But keeping your villagers happy is an important part of the game and will also get you medals.
BTW: i’ve only just discovered that you can take home the fruit you collect on Tortimer’s Island tours. Dump it in the Item Box when you return from the tour, plant them in your own village and easily collect all types of fruit.
I do that with flowers. My town is now packed with them.

Does anybody know of a faster way to get gold ore? It takes me like 2 weeks at least to get 3 pieces, and then Cyrus just makes me a piece of golden furniture that I already have. Is there some tour other than the Ore Finder ones with breakable rocks that you can bring the ores home or something?
Today i passed Gracie's fashion check for the first time (phew!) and i've started part-timing as a barrista at the Café so it's been a good day in my village.
Question: there are Public Works projects that detract from your Perfect Town rating like the tire toy, trashcan and apparently also illuminated objects. Does anyone have a complete list of these "negative" projects?

@Mk_II I made an "Illuminated Heart" and that was during the 15 days of my perfect town. So not sure if thats true.
interesting... i was about to tear down my heart. it's weird though; almost everything in this game is well documented but the Perfect Town rating system remains a mystery. My guestimate is that every PW project carries plus or minus points and that the rating is computed by tallying these points.
