Just wasted three days hatching shiny froakie and ended up with horrible ivs...

Looking for a shiny Timid/Modest HA Froakie with toxic spikes and 31 IVs in everything but attack. Super specific but I thought I'd ask. I can offer either a Victini for it or any of the shinys in my sig.

@humbubba-misfit if your Blastoise has water pulse it gets power up when it mega evol. you know that right?

@jm29 no i didnt but was fun im soposed to be able to get better internet in mey but thats not for a little over a month mabey sometime when my internets being so screwy wel get down i havent bn able to battle anyone online cuz of it it sucks
