The only video game company I heard of that listens to the demands of gamers is Capcom.
And how do they do that, exactly?
They listen to what kind of games people want or certain characters being in a Street Fighter game,and they listen on both occasions. There are a few examples,but I'll just list one. 1.Tatasunko VS Capcom coming to the West! We wanted it,we got it! Need I say more?
Well, Tatasunko Vs. Capcom is one, but that doesn't make it a trend. Regarding your Street Fighter example, that's really nothing more than any other company does for a popular, eagerly awaited sequel.
