Also most of the comments here sound like spoiled children who haven't faced a moment of adversity in their lives. Just pirate the episode if you want to. This isn't some vast conspiracy trying to take your games/anime away you nerds.
While I think not showing this episode is probably a smart move (I don't think it's necessarily offensive, but I'm sure they just want to avoid any bad publicity or parental complaints based on misunderstanding. It's important to remember that the cultural connotations of a non-black person painting their skin black are extremely loaded, especially in America) them not showing it does not mean it's banned in the US.
