Just signed up to add my experience:
Preordered my Switch and Zelda LE 6weeks ago. Got the same dispatch email you did stating estimated delivery tue-wed with a Royal Mail tracking no. Called Support immediately after I read this to be told it was an error on an automated email and confirmed it will be next day delivery (friday) and to keep checking the tracking no. on RM website.
Royal Mail tracking still says 'the next scan will appear when we receive this item into our network' at 1pm today. So I contacted Royal Mail, they said the parcel had not been handed over yet, and when it does it will be 48hr delivery. FUMING.
After 40mins on hold, got through to Nintendo (again) and was told any orders dispatched last night were changed from 48hr to Next Day priority delivery. This makes sense, I guess- the reason why my original Tracking No isn't updated and why some people have received Royal Mail tracking nos but delivered from Yodel/Hermes. So he said he was passing on my details to the development team who would liaise with Royal Mail, and I can expect a call back. But I can still expect my order by 6pm tonight. "Fingers Crossed" UGH!
