Giving up for the day myself
It's not going to arrive in time for me to play it now

I ended up breaking my phone dragging it around the house because I was on hold for so long (afraid have to eat at some point)

plan is to phone and make a full-fledged complaint some point next week

I'll probably write one as well, but little hopes for that seeing as 4 emails have gone utterly ignored

I can't believe this from a company I've stuck by for 20 years of my life

I've been mocked and ridiculed for my support
and now.... words cannot describe how much of a fool I feel.

got email from Nintendo with Royal Mail tracking code

emailed this morning; heard nothing

mail has been and gone

still heard nothing

has tested the tracking number on as many tracking websites as poss int he off chance
nothing

now been on hold for 27 minutes and counting

the biggest irony: I deliberately ordered from the Nintendo store because I thought it was trustworthy
