"Gaming's competition is not other gaming [platforms], gaming's competition is short form video." Microsoft have dropped the ball so much in the gaming business that they forgot how markets work. Their ego bubble has put them in this position where everything they're doing is wrong for their brand but they keep patting themselves on the back with made up arguments. Somebody needs to tell him that no, you are competing for gamers, how is your competition TikTok? It is like a jeans manufacturer saying his competition are hoodie manufacturers. I feel so let down as an old Xbox fan with this brand, they completely abandoned everything that made them successful and on top of that you have their executives talking bs like that every other day as if they're doing great.
Why does Nintendo have to sell every damn game they put out for 60$? Based on the gameplay and size this is clearly a small game with simplistic mechanics similar to small indie titles and it has no place in the 60$ shelf.
