There will be a physical copy available. I am a huge Civ fan and so excited. What sets me up, however, is that this will be the base game incl four civ+scenarios-dlcs only! There won't be any Rise and Fall expansion included (yet). If you got used to the new functionality of the expansion, it is quite a downgrade unfortunately.
