I voted DLC.... Not for Mewtwo or Ridley (or wolf or Lucas or even ice climbers) I'm looking for a Belmont (or anyone from the handheld series), Issac, and Ray MKII (Sora and Bayonetta would be awsome pipe dreams as well)
More stages would be nice as well as anything else they can dream up....
