Not everyone owns either of those three systems (you did forget one, if you wanna be inclusive). Neither could everyone afford to get not only one of these increasingly rare and expensive previous systems plus the increasingly rare and expensive games, but in the case of the Wii and especially the GameCube the other equipment required to use it (a TV that takes the signal the Wii and GameCube output, for one).
—Someone who owns a GameCube, one and a half Wii (gave up the shared one I got another), a Wii U and a Switch.

And I still wouldn’t mind a remaster of either; though I’d rather they remastered (or put on VC) any of the other games that are more difficult to access—any of the handheld games (including and especially the Toon duo—even if that would suit a bundle with Windwaker better, which could set a precedent allowing for the Capcom games to be put in one, if they can be arsed to do the licensing), Four Sword Adventures, or even Link’s Crossbow Training)
