Also, I'm finally level 36. I think making it available to only lvl 40 at first with a near week wait and making higher CP pkmn cost more is just a money grab.
@RGB87 I agree this is nonsense. I also live out in the country but I get a couple pokemon a day. However it's just not worth it to be in town constantly unless you work and even then your work might not be or near a gym! They should fix it so you have to be level 25 and make it 1 day recharge.
