@Nintendoyle As someone who works on the back-end of a different online retailer and has to regularly deal with dispatching, I can, unfortunately, assure you that's complete nonsense.
Royal Mail are in no way the ones that decide how a delivery is processed and delivered. It's up to the company to create the correct special delivery ticket. Instead they ballsed it up by going for a cheaper option and hoping for the best.
Still, better than what I was told on the phone. "We usually send things tracked 48 so they probably just assume that's what it is when they see our company name." That's not how automated systems work. Don't treat me like an idiot for your screw up.
In the end though, gave up, went to the shops and picked one up and for a slightly better deal. Will be returning the one I got from Nintendo whenever it finally arrives.
