I got up at 3am travelled from Leeds to London 5 hours on a bus, travelled across London and queued for 4 hours. The shop was almost empty when we got in. Went on Halloween hear some people queued for 8 hours on other day and some turned away. I took my daughter as she wanted to go for her 21st. The products are not good quality and a bag handle has broken It is impossible for me to get an exchange despite messaging the Westfield Centre 3 times. Trading standards are being breeched here I will be taking this up again with the Westfield Centre today.
