The Indigo Effect: "This is the very reason why game developers don't take chances with video games anymore; if it's too "weird," then no one will buy it. So what happens? We get yet another first-person shooter. Seriously folks, broaden your horizons a bit; try something "weird." You may be surprised by how much you enjoy it."
The original PC one was the most blisteringly difficult yet extremely fun game I've ever played EVER. So the fact that Nigoro's giving the game a graphical overhaul and making the controls easier is sure to make this a definite purchase.

You are absolutely right. Every word.
Re: Review: MaBoShi: The Three Shape Arcade (WiiWare)
This game is fun with friends, but by yourself you can only really play it for an hour or so.
Re: Review: Pole's Big Adventure (WiiWare)
The pause button's the A button, guys. Seriously...
Re: Review: Defend Your Castle (WiiWare)
Now all XGen needs to do is make Stick-Arena Wii (with online play, mind you.)
Re: Toribash: Violence Perfected
Toribash is an acquired taste. It's very hard to learn, very difficult to master, but once you get the basic jist of it, you can't put it down.
Nintendo, NOW would be a good time to bring back demos so people can try games like these before they buy them.
Re: Excitebike: World Rally
Still a classic, still fun to play. Only downside is a lack of overall features.
Re: Mega Man 10
The gross "boxart" thing was kind of cool for Megaman 9, but I'd rather see some "boxart" like Megaman 6 if nothing else.
Easymode is something I think I'll be avoiding.
Re: Military Madness: Nectaris
@drkjmark:
I know, me too. Hudson USA's been lagging a hell of a lot recently.

Re: Blaster Master: Overdrive
Am I the only one who thinks the logo looks like the metal slug logo?
Re: Art of Balance Coming Soon to North America
So its a Zen game. Very nice, I think I'll be getting this.
I'm just glad you don't have to twist your wrist to rotate the pieces. That'd be terrible.
